Income Tax Planning What methods should I use to lower my taxes this year and in future years? Should I be using different tax deferred accounts? Which investments are best held in tax-deferred accounts? What is the best way to reduce the taxes on appreciated real estate holdings?
Estate Planning What type of will/trusts do I need to transfer my assets? How do I meet the different needs of my children without favoring one over the others? Do I need a revocable living trust?
